  1. No Reseller Accounts

    Please note that we do not set up reseller accounts under any circumstances. Our focus is on providing high-quality janitorial supplies at wholesale prices directly to all customers through our online platform.

  2. Do you accept Purchase Orders (POs) as a method of payment, or can we set up a Net-30 account?

    No, at this time we are not able to extend credit to our customers. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If this does not work for you, we are also willing to accept checks for an order but will not ship out the order until the funds have been received.

  3. Can I get a catalog of products?

    We do not provide digital downloads or our product catalog. We provide wholesale pricing to customers directly on our website; therefore, products and pricing are only available via the website. We also do not provide FBA shipment services to resellers.

  4. Do you ship overseas?

    No, we only deliver within the continental US. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact customer service to verify if we are able to ship your order and any additional shipping charges that may be incurred.

  5. Do you do bids or quotes?

    All products and pricing are only available via our website. If you wish to put a quote together, you may do this by placing the items in the shopping cart. Once you have all your items, click on the Cart Contents tab, from there you can view your subtotal, shipping charges, and any applicable discounts.

  6. Do you offer special pricing for bulk orders, or do you price match?

    For special pricing, including price matching, you would need to speak with one of our customer service representatives. Sometimes, depending on products and availability we are able to offer discount pricing, but this is only on a case-by-case basis. If you do receive a special pricing discount, these quotes are only good for 30 days.

  7. How long does it take to receive my order?

    Typically, we are able to ship orders out by the next business day. This means if you order on Friday, it will not be shipped out until Monday. From there you can expect to receive your order in 1-3 business days. There are some exceptions to this; items shipped directly from the manufacturer typically take 5-7 business days to receive. These items include Zurn, Sloan, and Technical Concepts products.

  8. Are you able to ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

    Availability to ship to Hawaii and Alaska depends on the products ordered. Typically, there will be an additional $50-$150 freight charge for these orders. You can contact customer service or email to find out if an order is eligible to be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.

  9. What is your return policy?

    We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Vacuum cleaners and Floor Machines are non-returnable. If you wish to return an order, you must contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization number. Typically, these RA#s take 24 hours to be issued. Once we have the information you will be notified of the number as well as an address to return items. Once we receive notification that the warehouse has received your items, and they are in re-sellable condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Technical Concepts, Zurn, and Sloan products are all subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  10. What are your hours of operation?

    Our customer service center is open from 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday. If you do not get through our phone line during those hours, please leave a message and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

  11. Can I get a sample?

    We are unable to provide samples of products. If you wish to obtain a sample of a particular product, the best advice we can offer you is to contact the manufacturer. Occasionally, they are willing to send out samples of their product. This is solely at the discretion of the manufacturer.

  12. Do you charge tax?

    We do charge tax in the following states: California, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Mississippi. If you are within one of these states, we will waive tax, but only with a Tax-Exempt number. Tax-exempt certificates can be emailed to

  13. Can you mix and match a case of cleaning supplies or fragrance refills?

    No, since we ship items directly from our suppliers, we are not able to break up a case of anything to send individuals or mix and match. Some air freshener fragrance refills offer a multi-pack or are sold individually if you want to try different scents.

  14. Do you have any stores where I can shop locally?

    No, we are only an online wholesaler. You can order products through us 24 hours a day, but we do not have any local stores. Our warehouses are located throughout the country, which ensures quick delivery times.
