You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item minus a 20% restocking fee (waived if a replacement order is placed).
Please notify us via phone, email, chat or the link below. Within 24 hours we will provide return information including the authorization number and address to return to. It is very important that returns are handled this way for us to track it and to insure you receive your refund in a timely manner. Once the return is received and processed back into our inventory in resalable condition we will issue your refund and notify you via email.
We will pay the return shipping cost and there will be no restocking fee on orders with errors such as incorrect items shipped or defective items not covered by manufacturer warranty replacement.

Orders usually ship within 1 business day from a network of warehouses across the country. We ship from the closest facility to you that has inventory to fulfill your order. Shipping companies and delivery time will vary, but most orders are delivered within 2-3 days, often less.
Most Rubbermaid items in the TouchFree Products category ship via UPS Ground from Scottsdale, AZ. Shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Large quantity orders may be drop shipped from the manufacturer facility in VA, which will increase order processing and delivery time.
Excel, Palmer, Sloan and Zurn items are drop shipped from the manufacturer or authorized dealers. Order processing time will vary with an average of 1-3 business days; shipping company and delivery time will also vary. We follow these orders closely and will provide tracking information as soon as it is available.
