We offer a 30-day return policy on most items.Vacuum cleaners and Floor Machines are non-returnable. If you wish to return an order you must contact the customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization number. Typically these RA#s take 24 hours to be issued.Once we have the information you will be notified of the number as well as an address to return items.
Once we receive notification that the warehouse has received your items, and are in re-sellable condition, we will issue a refund.Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

For residential orders shipped by freight truck, normal delivery is to curbside only and not inside the home.There is a $30 surcharge for Residential freight deliveries. If you need in-home delivery, in most cases the freight companymay assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges. Please contact Wholesale Janitorial Supply directly if you have special instructions for delivery, otherwisespecial instructions should be signed and left in a conspicuous location at the place of delivery for the delivery driver.
