Returns
Customer satisfaction is our main goal at Wholesale Janitorial Supply so all returns will be handled on a case by case
basis. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, or simply wish to return/exchange a product please contact us either by e-mail
or toll free at (800) 908-1986 as soon as possible. Note: All returns must be made within 30 days of date of delivery and be in the original Shipping box... Returns without the original packaging or past 30 days of date of delivery will not be accepted for return.
Floor machines, sheds and vacuum cleaners are unfortunately not returnable and are handled by the manufactures warranty.
Purchase orders and Net-30 Terms
Wholesale Janitorial Supply does accept purchase orders from Corporate/Business, Government/Municipal & Educational accounts and will grant net-30 terms to qualifying businesses and organizations.
