  1. Do you accept Purchase Orders (PO’s) as a method of payment, or can we set up a Net-30 account?

    No. At this time we are not able to extend credit to our customers. We do however, accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal as payment methods. If this does not work for you, we are also willing to accept checks for an order but will not ship out the order until the funds have been received.

  2. Do you ship overseas?

    No. At this time we only deliver within the continental US. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii please contact a customer service representative to verify that we are able to ship your order as well as for additional shipping charges.

  3. Do you do bids or quotes?

    All of our products and pricing are available on line. If you wish to put a quote together for yourself, you may do this by placing the items in the shopping cart. Once you have all your items, click on the “Cart Contents” tab and from there you can view your sub total, shipping charges, as well as any discounts.

  4. Do you offer special pricing for bulk orders, or do you price match?

    For special pricing, including for price matching, you would need to speak with one of our customer service representatives. Sometimes, depending on products and availability we are able to offer discount pricing, but this is on a case-by-case basis. If you do receive a special pricing discount, these quotes are only good for 30 days.

  5. How long does it take to receive my order?

    Typically we are able to ship orders out the next business day. This means if you order on Friday, it will not be shipped out until Monday. From there you can expect to receive your order in 1-3 business days. There are some exceptions to this however; items shipped directly from the manufacturer typically take 5-7 business days to receive. These items include Zurn, Sloan and Technical Concepts products.

  6. Are you able to ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

    This really depends on the items that you are ordering and if you are willing to pay additional shipping charges. Typically we have to charge an additional $50-$150 for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. If you need shipping to either Alaska or Hawaii please call the customer service line, so we can better assist you.

  7. What is your return policy?

    We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Vacuum cleaners and Floor Machines are non-returnable. If you wish to return an order you must contact the customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization number. Typically these RA#’s take 24 hours to be issued. Once we have the information you will be notified of the number as well as an address to return items. Once we receive notification that the warehouse has received your items, and are in re-sellable condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and all orders are subject to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee.

  8. Can I get a catalog of products?

    Currently we are awaiting our latest copy, but if you send an email to sales@wholesalejanitorialsupply.com we would be happy to add you to our list of recipients. As soon as we receive our latest copy we will be sure to send you out a copy. Please note that catalogs are priced for retail and therefore do not reflect accurate pricing.   9. What are your hours of operation?

    Our customer service center is open from 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday. If you do not get though our phone line during those hours, please leave a message and someone will get back to you with in 24 hours.

  10. Can I get a sample?

    We are a wholesaler, and therefore are not able to break up cases to send out samples. If you wish to obtain a sample of a particular product the best advice we can offer you, is to contact the manufacturer. Sometimes, they are willing to send out samples of their product. This is solely at the discretion of the manufacture however.

  11. Do you charge tax?

    We do not charge tax for any of our customers outside of Arizona. If you are within Arizona, we will waive tax, but only with ad Tax Exempt number.

  12. Can you mix and match a case of cleaning supplies or fragrance refills?

    No. We are a wholesaler and ship items directly from our suppliers. We are not able to break up a case of anything and send individuals or mix and match. The Time Mist, Bolt and Technical Concepts fragrances refills all offer a multi-pack if you are curious about different scents.

  13. Do you have any stores where I can shop locally?

    No. We are an online wholesaler. You can order products through us 24 hours a day, but we do not have any local stores. Our warehouses are located throughout the country, which ensures quick delivery times, but one cannot physically shop there.
